At RailTech, it is our endeavour to create a culture of Total Quality, where continuous improvement of our people, our processes and our products become a way of life. We constantly strive to improve our operations and procedures to meet or exceed our customers' expectations through the direct involvement of all the members of the organization.

Quality Objective

1. To achieve high customer satisfaction through product quality, reliability and timely delivery.
2. To provide training to all personnel of the organization leading to embedment of quality in all
    our products.
3. Effective handling of customer complaints and feedback.
4. Effective quality assurance system, to ensure product quality at every stage of production and     operation.
5. Effectively control all process rejection and or rework.
6. Effectively diagnose all route cause and chronic problems for production glitches and to
    makesure there re-occurrence's are curbed.
